Following a blast aboard the 1981 built “FRIENDSHIPGAS” during works carried out while at its berth in the Perama ships’ repair zone, POSEIDON was hired by OWNERS’ AGENTS for the antipollution works i.e. deployment of oil containment booms, cleaning of vessel’s water line surface by use of high pressure water jet, etc.
